Candidate Statement
The decision to run for Circuit Court Judge is a natural progression in Denise's legal career. With a strong academic background, Denise is confident in her ability to know the law. More importantly though, she knows that interpreting and applying the law in a fair and knowledgeable manner is the only way to achieve integrity and excellence on the bench - and integrity and excellence for the community. Denise understands that a Circuit Court Judge must, above all, treat every individual with respect and graciousness, which is why she, with her strong interpersonal communication skills and dedication to the Miami-Dade community, makes an ideal candidate for this position.
